Recently read about Dr. Masaru Emoto's Water Experiments....... Showing the effect of Positive Energy and being associated with Postive thoughts.. Considering that water forms nearly 75% of the Brain material, this experiment showcased the importance of remaining positive.

Incidentally, a colleague of mine was narrating how she chose a diet structure to control her sugar levels without resorting to Insulin. The diet was highly customized targetting to keep up the body requirements while helping her do away with insulin. She went on to narrate how difficult it became to convince her own family. Every little setback was linked to her new diet. She started receiving constant vibes insisting that she violate the diet. When the cholestrol levels were checked and didnt show an improvement, she was again pointed out, that the diet was not working out for her ....

While the feedback was out of concern, the lack of a positive aura, was not helping her. The diet was indeed helpful and very difficult for the person undergoing it. It needed a resolve and lot of self-talking. This was broken by the very family that is concerned about her. My colleague broke-down and was highly depressed that she could not keep her resolve. Many a time our anxieties build negative forces without our realizing it. Dr. Masaru Emoto's experiment goes a long way in proving that a conscious attempt at maintaining positive aura is a MUST for success ..... Anything begins with a practice..... A 21 day practice makes it a habit..... Food for thought !
